WHAT TO EXPECT

Each night will include a featured poet (a veteran of the tour who has served for 3+ years) who will perform for 15 minutes. The rest of the evening will be the regular line-up performing their work (from 10 to 20 poets!). Usually there will be a short intermission to allow poets and audience members to patronize host venues, mingle and network with the audience and other poets. The second half is kept much shorter, in order to accommodate host venues, time constraints and most importantly, the appreciative audience members. There is no set order of the line-up, the order the poets will perform in is decided randomly for each venue, so come early and stay late to see your favorite performers!
